Hanson Forest Service Boat

Vessel description

Seattle boat designer HC Hanson designed this boat for use by the US Forest Service. It is a rough water power launch. The planking, deck, beams, and keel are Port Orford Cedar, the stem is Purpleheart, the floors are Black Lucust. It will be bronze fastened. It is currently under construction by the Traditional Large Craft students and is available for sale.
