The Washington State Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board as well as the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology mandate publication of the following statements:

• The school is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) The ACCSCT is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency.
• The school encourages all potential students to carefully compare its program to others that may be available before making a decision to attend. Information about comparable program fees, tuition and program length is available from the ACCSCT.
• The school’s Student Complaint Procedures are published in the Student Handbook, which is issued to all enrolled students. The following statement is required by the ACCSCT:

STUDENT COMPLAINT/GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE

Schools accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology must have a procedure and operational plan for handling student complaints. If a student does not feel that the school has adequately addressed a complaint or concern, the student may consider contacting the Accrediting Commission. All complaints considered by the Commission must be in written form, with the permission from the complainant(s) for the commission to forward a copy of the complaint to the school for a response. The complainant(s) will be kept informed as to the status of the complaint as well as the final resolution by the Commission.
