Degree programs policy
- Cancellation by the School
- The School may cancel the enrollment of any student for any of the following reasons:
-
- The student does not meet the published Eligibility Requirements as defined in the Guide to Admission.
- The student fails to meet the published attendance standards as defined in Training Standards and Satisfactory progress.
- The student fails to maintain satisfactory progress as defined in Training Standards and Satisfactory progress.
- Infraction of the Standards of Conduct.
- Cancellation notice will be given in writing, stating the reasons for the action.
- Readmission
- Students dismissed for any of these reasons may apply in writing to the Director for readmission within five days of notice of dismissal stating the reasons why readmission should be considered. The Director, upon reviewing the circumstances of the case, will determine if conformance with school standards can be met and may reinstate the student on a probationary basis.
- Discontinuance of instruction by the School
- If the school discontinues instruction in any program after students enter training, including circumstances where the school changes its location, students will be notified in writing. Under these circumstances students are entitled to a pro-rata refund of all tuition and fees paid unless comparable training is arranged for by the school and agreed upon, in writing, by the student. A written request for a refund must be made within 90 days from the date the program was discontinued or relocated. Refunds will be paid within 30 days after receipt of the request.
- Withdrawal by student
- When calculating refunds, the student’s official date of withdrawal is the last date of recorded attendance, when:
-
- The school receives notice of the student’s intention to discontinue the training program; or,
- The student’s enrollment is terminated for a violation of a published school policy which provides for termination; or,
- The student, without notice to the institution, fails to attend classes for thirty calendar days.
- Refund policy
- The school will refund all monies paid if the applicant is not accepted. This includes instances where a starting class may be canceled by the school.
- The school will refund all monies paid if the applicant cancels within five business days after the day the contract is signed or an initial payment is made:
-
- If applicant training has NOT begun:
The school will retain an established registration fee equal to 10% of the total tuition cost, or $100, whichever is less.
- If applicant training HAS begun:
The school will retain the registration fee, plus a percentage of the total tuition as defined in the Refund Table.
- The "registration fee" is the fee charged by the school to process student applications.
- Refund Table
| Amount of training completed | Tuition retained |
| One week or 10%, whichever is less | 10% |
More than one week or 10%, whichever is less but less than 25% | 25% |
| 25% - 50% | 50% |
| More than 50% | 100% |

Other programs policy
- Cancellation by student
- Requests received four or more weeks before the start of class will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee.
- Requests received less than four weeks before the start of class will receive a credit of all monies paid (less the cancellation fee). This credit may be applied to any course within 15 months of the cancelled class based on space availability.
- No refunds or credits are given for cancellations by student after the start of class.
- Cancellation by the School
- In case of emergency or low enrollment the school reserves the right to cancel a course at any time and refund all monies paid in full. We strongly recommend that you purchase refundable airline tickets or trip cancellation insurance as the school cannot be responsible for cancelled transportation or lodging.
